Great house, ice quiet location

Lovely new home and clean - well stocked for all family needs in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. We stayed for 5 nights playing golf & pickleball. So convenient with EV charger in the garage, and we enjoyed playing pool. The communication was great with the host & met all our needs. The house location was a bit far from the main Village squares & activities but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall good value & comfortable for our family of four

Great rental! Everything was beautifully decorated and maintained. Although the heat pump/furnace did not work for the first two days (which happened to be the coldest days in probably 50 years!!) maintenance was coordinated and attempted to fix the issue which failed the first time so they were called a second time and resolved during that visit. Other than that our visit was very pleasant and enjoyable. We would definitely rent this property again!!!!

The home is quite new and in excellent condition and everything was quite clean, including linens and towels, when we arrived. Nice private view out the back screened porch allowed us to enjoy coffee in the morning while watching wild turkeys wander past on a couple of mornings, and it was pleasant to sit out in the evening. Furniture is new and beds were comfortable. The table in the dining area converts into a pool / ping pong table and while not a top tier pool table, it did allow for some fun games. Communication from the host was very good. If we get a chance in the future, we would stay here again.
